Welcome to ARPA’s online registration page. The following form will allow you to become a new member, renew a membership or change/update your contact information. The form also allows you to request an invoice for payment if your agency/organization requires this.

At the conclusion of the online registration form you have the option of paying by credit card. We use Pay-Pal to process all online payments.  You can also pay via check through US Mail.

If you are paying by credit card, you will still need to scroll to the bottom of the page and enter credit card information to pay using PayPal.

If you prefer, you can ARPA_Membership_Form.pdf and mail with payment to the address at the bottom of the form.
